Why different venues?Just like live comedy, no two Secret Society Comedy nights are quite the same! Each show is an opportunity for us to showcase everything that Cleveland has to offer. Expect the unexpected; each performance has a different vibe, different drink options, and a different menu.

I ordered tickets, but am unable to make it to the show. What do I do?Your purchase can be refunded up to 24 hours before the listed show time. Our ticketing is run through Eventbrite's platform, which does not allow for any exchanges. Dinner and a show tickets are not eligible for any exchanges and are only eligible for refunds up to 48 hours before the show. This policy may differ on a show-to-show basis. Please refer to the ticketing page for each specific show. Early bird and discounted tickets purchased with a promo code are not eligible for ANY refunds or exchanges.

How old do you have to be to attend a show?It's a case-by-case basis depending on the venue, but most venues allow us to admit audience that is under 21. Due to the sensitive material that may be discussed during our shows, we do ask that anyone under 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

I'm a comedian and would love to do a set on a Secret Society Comedy show. How do I get on?We are always interested in collaborating with hardworking, talented comedians to help them reach the next levels in their careers. If you wish to be considered, you may apply by emailing a high quality 5 minute clip, your credits (comedy festivals, clubs you've been booked at - open mics and contests don't count, TV, etc.), a bio, and professional headshot to booking@watercoolercomedy.org. If we don't reach back to you, it's nothing personal. We're just busy. Submit again in 90 days with a new video. If you're local to Cleveland, we recommend you get stage time at our open mic every Tuesday at 10:00 at Judd's City Tavern. Email onemorejokeemail@gmail.com and let us know what Tuesday(s) you'd like to perform a 5-minute showcase spot. The mic is also show up, go up for 1-minute speed round spots. This is a great way to get in front of us and be considered for future bookings.
